As a technology company only, the fee we charge for using our platform is $375. This fee must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card during the application process. Here is what you will be required to do. After you submit your application and it is pre-determined that you should qualify for at least one of lender programs, you will be required to enter a credit or debit card before you continue. When you enter the card, a temporary hold for $375 will be processed. Then, after you have applied with the lenders, the charge will only be processed if you are approved. If you are not approved, the hold will be released.
